Bellingham Hog Fence Panels,Backyard & Walkway
Project City: Bellingham
The homeowner recently purchased a home among the meadows of Ferndale, Washington. What prompted his purchase is that the property had been sitting on the market for what felt like far too long. He realized that the reason why the home was failing to sell was because of the bare landscape and the lack of a fence, keeping the yard open instead of enclosed.
As a grandfather, the client wanted a home that allowed him to continue taking care of his grandchild. He wanted his home to be somewhere that his grandchild would look forward to visiting, as well as a home that offered an outdoor space where he could enjoy his family’s company and entertain them. To ensure this, he went into his first meeting with PCL knowing that he wanted a concrete patio, as well as fencing around his home’s yard. By doing this, the outdoor living space would improve, which would then make his home meet his needs for functionality.
After an initial consultation between PCL and the homeowner at his new Ferndale home, PCL got right down to work. PCL prides itself on continuous communication with all clients, and the client’s experience was no different. Throughout PCL’s work, they regularly connected with him to share conceptual ideas and drawings, and pivot based on the client’s feedback.
After these conversations unfolded, the result was a proposal that included 170 feet of black hog panel custom fencing, a cobblestone bed alongside the sidewalk, a concrete patio surrounded by cobblestone, and another 6 feet of privacy fence around the patio. PCL went above and beyond the initial ideas to create a private oasis feel for his family.
The homeowner was so happy with PCL’s finished product that they have been overwhelmed with the constant compliments from their new neighbors. And, his grandchild can’t wait for his next visit to grandpa’s!
